What Resolution Should I Use?
Generally speaking, the higher the resolution, the better the print quality
of the reproduction--and the larger the file size. Large files may need to be compressed (using file compression software)
before sending via e-mail, or burned onto a CD-ROM and mailed to us. For best results, provide artwork at 300 dpi and sized
to the finished size. Documents requiring enlargements should be provided at higher resolutions (400 to 600 dpi). Reduced
documents may only require 150 to 72 dpi, depending upon the level of reduction. Vector graphics, such as those created in
Adobe Illustrator or Corel Draw, can be reproduced at any size without quality loss. If in doubt, call or send us an e-mail
and we will be happy to advise you.

How Do I Ship My Original Artwork?
Send your original artwork via a reliable INSURED carrier (we recommend FedEx
or UPS),either packaged flat in heavy cardboard, or rolled in a sturdy shipping tube. All original artwork and prints are
shipped from our office with the utmost care and protection. Although we carry insurance on every parcel shipped from our
office, we are not responsible for damage incurred after packages have been shipped which is over and above the insured value.
